"I wanted to reach out to you to reassure you that you are not alone and that you have been in my constant prayers. During this trying time, I ask you to please entrust everything to Our Blessed Mother Mary. She is our loving mother and she will keep us focused on the help we have in Jesus Christ." - Father Andrew Strobl

The Archdiocese has developed a resource entitled Our Sunday Supplication for the purpose of communal prayer which can be prayed even without a priest present. The Church in its time of need calls upon the leaders of the ‘domestic churches’ (your homes) to lead their families in worship everyday but especially on Sunday. Drawing on the official daily prayer of the Church, this resource will provide a guided form of prayer for all the domestic churches in Northeast Kansas. Rather than you participating virtually in a liturgy occurring at the parish church, the church's ministers will participate virtually in a liturgy occurring in your home, your "domestic church!"

Alexandra Ellis, creator of AE Wellness and host of The Body Nerd Show, said if you’re avoiding the gym for fear of getting sick, there’s a lot you can do at home that requires no equipment. “Focus on the basics such as planks, pushups, squats, leg lifts, or bicycles and burpees for an easy workout that will build strength and get your heart rate up. My favorite way to build a workout is to do 4 rounds of 5 exercises for 45 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest,” Ellis told Healthline. “Choose exercises that target different areas of your body and you’ll have a full-body workout in less than 20 minutes,” she said. For people looking for more guidance during their home exercise, there are plenty of tutorials available online, whether on YouTube or other portals.
